Who can apply?
TCLC welcomes University of Texas at Austin students from every major who are interested in business, law, or both.
Do I need prior legal experience?
No. The curriculum is built to develop practical legal understanding from the ground up, through guided discussion and applied case problems.
When will Fall '26 details be posted?

What does TCLC study?
The program centers business and corporate law while making room for guest perspectives that connect commercial questions to the wider legal system.
What is the time commitment?
Members attend regular sessions during the semester, plus optional social and guest-speaker events. Specific meeting times are shared with each cohort.
